Robert Goodlight will not accept returns and will not refund or exchange its products unless it is subject to all the following conditions

-Within 7 days of receiving the product

-Item including packaging must not be used

-The item has arrived damaged

If all 3 conditions are met please get in touch via the contact form. You will have to send the product back in its original packaging. Robert Goodlight is not responsible for covering the return shipping. Once the product is returned, Robert Goodlight will exchange the product with a new one.
